Bianca Finn - Events & Sales Manager
Bianca has been apart of the team for a little over a year, although she has not spent life in hospitality previously she has an extensive line up of event work since the tender age of 17. Attention to detail,going the extra mile, undeniably personable & charismatic as well as a bunch of fun are all the reasons why the guests she interacts with turn into family and why events here are apart of our DNA.

What made you choose the hospitality industry over any other industry?
The industry chose me ;-)
In your opinion, what 1 attribute stands out in a great leader?
There is a huge difference between someone in management who dictates to someone who actually leads. I find those in a leadership position who can accept responsibility when in the wrong and grow from it are the ones who are the most suited for leading others.
What makes CLAW unique and stand out against other restaurants in Dubai/the world?
There is not 1 thing that makes CLAW unique, it is the overall experience from beginning to end. It is the way you are made to feel at home irrespective of your ethnicity, it is the way the team interact around you with laughter and fun, it is in the decor and warmth of the venue, it is in the laughter of the guests around you and it is in the love that goes into making the food and beverage that is delivered to your table and most importantly it is in the memories that are created.
Why do you love CLAW?
CLAW is one of the most down to earth places I have had the pleasure of working in. The people I get to work with everyday and call my family away from family is the reason I smile, they give me the creativity I need to be able to deliver what I deliver and therefore my team is what I love most.
What is the most memorable experience you have had in Dubai outside of work?
I have had so many wonderful experiences out here in Dubai but I have to say the most memorable for me is when myself and my fiance spent Valentines Day at the Burj Al Arab.
